Understanding this, our consultant and client relationships are structured with flexibility in mind. We routinely work on a project basis, hourly, as well as on monthly/annual maintenance contracts depending on a client's preference

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

HOURLY

PROJECT BASIS

A set number of hours allotted each month for regular maintenance and system issues. This is often used by clients who want a predictable cost that can be budgeted as well as provide a cost savings

Work is performed on an hourly as-needed basis.  Many of our clients choose this structure because of its flexibility, efficiency, and convenience.

A set price is quoted for a determined scope of work. This structure is often used for new or upgrade projects.
